Description

Green St. Properties is  a green real estate media, investment and consulting firm.  We’re looking for a few good interns across the US to help us take our innovative new marketing concepts to the next level.

INTERN DUTIES  AND RESPONSIBLITIES DESCRIPTION
Promote sites individually and as a network
Analyze visitor/audience demographic
Review, organize and comment on uploaded videos
Identify and offer ideas to improve sites
Solicit site sponsors and strategic partners
Manage advertising for optimal revenue
Web 2.0 community development
Basic video production
Day-to-day administration and reporting
Real estate lead capture and follow-up

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Educational background in real estate, marketing, sustainability, architecture or digital media
Basic knowledge of green building concepts and construction practices
Relevant sales or customer service experience
Self motivated, with the ability to work independently and with a remote team
Experience with Microsoft Office products  - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Web 2.0  tools  - YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Marketsplash, etc.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES
Real estate sales and marketing experience
Real estate brokerage license
Recognized green building credentials and experience
Existing network of green building and real estate leaders in your city and state
Web 2.0 development and SEO experience
Google AdSense and AdWords experience
Video production experience
Great sense of humor and authentic friendliness


First established in Denver in 2005 as ColoradoGreenProperties, Green St. Properties is an innovative startup looking to establish a first mover advantage in a blossoming segment of an expected real estate market turnaround, led by major investments in improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of America’s existing building stock.  Internships are unpaid, but full-time employment, profit sharing or partnership arrangements may eventually be offered to the right people.
