Description:  Using business process engineering techniques, develops technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise wide solutions, using the company's or a third-party's hardware/software products. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. In general, customers view this employee as a consultant. Performance is typically measured by delivery of agreed to solutions within budgeted hours.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Work with customers to design, configure and deploy appropriate solutions.
2. Help design workflows, new processes, data flow and integrations with existing systems and business practices.
3. Contribute and develop engagement letters and statements of work
4. Provide on-site user training.
5. Support Project Consultants in developing project plans, estimates and structure on large engagements.
6. Assist in developing Itron's Consulting practice by interviewing potential hires and training new employees.
7. Develop and enhance one or more areas of technical expertise and product knowledge.
Qualifications:  Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Travel Requirements: Greater than 75%
